Of my one experience purchasing a dresser from here I do not recommend Mancinis Sleep World. A few months ago I paid about $800(not exactly cheap) for a dresser that the website claimed to be of good quality and with all my research it seemed like a good deal. When it was delivered here a few days later I called the next day to see if I can return it because I did not like the quality of the piece. They said no to a credit or return. I find this surprising given their near 40 locations in the bay area and my immediate phone call. Their website is misleading saying they do offer returns. But it is not clear on which products. Just today I noticed one of the drawers is peeling from its flimsy, paper thin tape. I dont think I got unlucky. This is the way the dresser is made. I give it another 3 months before it starts to fall apart. Looks can be very deceiving. I will say the salesman was helpful and professional and the delivery was fast. But next time I will pay more money at a nicer store for a higher quality product.

Finding a mattress is very hard and I wouldn’t normally say it’s fun, but Devyn sure made the process easy and fun! She was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. She wasn’t pushy and was very patient with me. She listened to what I was looking for, and pointed out a few mattresses. I ended up liking the Nectar the best, but didn’t want a floor model. She checked to see if she could still order the mattress, and she was able to do it. She made the purchase process quick and seamless as well. I would definitely recommend buying a mattress at Mancini’s, and specifically when Devyn is working.

One of the best mattress-shopping experiences that I had. The Stevens Creek store is the biggest Mancini store in the whole Bay Area, so I had more model options to try to sleep on. I'm a quite picky person, when I visit other stores, they have limited mattresses and I always get the feeling of "It's acceptable but just ok" mattress, but in this store, I had the experience of "This is the exact mattress I want" feeling.
I want to especially thank Chris for patiently explaining the difference between each mattress and helping me check if my body gets enough support and a good level of softness. In the beginning, I thought I wanted a firm mattress but then I learned from him that support is not equal to softness, but what I need is good support. The shopping experience was pleasant because he was humorous and patient, he didn't push me to make decisions like sale guys I met in other stores, but instead gave me enough time to try different mattresses back and forth to find the best-fitting one. And I finally found my dream mattress.
I would highly recommend shopping for mattresses in this store.
