I bought a mattress on Oct 17. It says delivery by Oct 19 but after I placed the order, I received no communication whatsoever! Either keep your promised delivery date, or fix your online advertising so people can properly plan for their purchase and not get left in the cold! I even checked their fine print and I do live in their so called "regional delivery area". Tried call their stores on Oct 18 and they didn't know anything and told me to wait for "a call tonight" that never happened!

Above-and-Beyond customer service. I have been a customer for quite a few years, and even with online orders, I get a call confirming shipping, asking if I have questions, and get excellent problem-solving when I need it. I wanted to switch from a delivery to store pickup, and the person said they would look into it, no problem whatsoever!

Wonderful customer service! Upon placing an online order I received a phone call to schedule the next day delivery. The delivery came within the time window and the items were delivered with care. Highly recommend.

I placed an order for a mattress topper from the Mancini website. The order was processed and payment made and receipt issued. This was for delivery the next day. Two hours later and unknown to me, Mancini emailed me asking for “proof of residency, or please visit one of our 50 stores to verify identity: Utility Bill Bank statement Government-issued ID with your current delivery address As soon as we clear the hold on the account we can schedule delivery.” This is the type of verification needed for a drivers license. If this was needed, it should have been done at the time of the order. As a result of the delays, they failed to deliver on time despite taking payment. I encourage you to find another supplier. I don’t intend to deal with them again.
