Have been buying my mattresses at their physical location and this is the first time I tried buying it online. Was skeptical at first, but turns out the service was way better. It was very easy to follow up, they always respond to text messages right away. Delivery was great, they came earlier than the scheduled time, but they called in to check if it's okay to come by early. Set up was fast. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this business.

Ordered a pillow online. Airloome high profile queen pillow . Once I received the confirmation email it said low profile so I sent 3 emails asking to please either switch to high profile or I need a refund. No reply’s , so I called and the gentleman on the phone said he said I would be called in an hour by someone to process refund. No call . Emailed back saying I’d like to get the refund and the guy said I will call you in an hour to process refund. Nothing again. 24 hours later I emailed stating I was supposed to receive a call to process refund and still waiting for a call. Then the response I get was oh we processed it yesterday. How am I supposed to know?? No communication. Terrible customer service. Can’t say anything about their products but the customer service team is terrible

December 30, 2025. I paid for my Mancini mattress and foundation 2 years ago but due to covid more than once and my roommate's succession of serious illnesses, it was never the right time to have them delivered and set up. Recently, we conducted a huge purge and were able to get it done. It was a rainy day when Victor Sr. and Victor Jr. brought me my bed set from Mancini's. I had to get a different foundation because the first one was discontinued. There were numerous calls back and forth about this. And I had gotten a different frame to raise it up higher because I have arthritis. After the two Victors left, I realized I was too short to get into the bed and I would need the other frame put on. I called Mancini's and they graciously had the Victors return. They took apart the high frame and installed the lower frame. I finally have my bed and I love it!! Thank you to the very professional and patient Mancini staff and their great delivery people, Victor Sr. and Victor Jr., for providing me with a great product and service. Ordering online was easy and delivery was fast. Go the mattresses within 2 days of pacing the order. Delivery was fast and efficient. Old mattresses were removed without any added cost. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and the service.

I bought a mattress on Oct 17. It says delivery by Oct 19 but after I placed the order, I received no communication whatsoever! Either keep your promised delivery date, or fix your online advertising so people can properly plan for their purchase and not get left in the cold! I even checked their fine print and I do live in their so called "regional delivery area". Tried call their stores on Oct 18 and they didn't know anything and told me to wait for "a call tonight" that never happened!
