Each mattress manufacturer offers a reasonable warranty. There are some minor differences. Our Mattress Specialists will be able to provide the information you need. Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. For Furniture products, please call the store you purchased from and speak with a representative there so they can direct you to the right manufacturer. If you purchased online, call 925-456-6400 and ask to speak with customer service.

This place for delivery was terrible Got there at 7:45 am and it took them until 1pm to onload us. RUDE GUY doing the unloading. Never will we come to this place again. U get no stars on my side .By the way Miguel is the rude guy.

I needed a new mattress, desperately. I went to the Winchester Avenue store in San Jose CA. I was promptly greeted by Neil Rothstein. I appreciated the attention, information and attention in order for me to make a decision. The whole process was wonderful compared to previous mattress shopping. I want to give a shout out to Neil because he follow through to see how I was and if I had any problems or any questions.

I could not be more happy with Mancini's sleep systems especially their web support manager David. He proactively reached out and fixed a pricing error. In addition he was super accommodating on delivery when we had to change due to an oncology appointment for our dog. In a day and age when you can buy mail order -- Mancini's service, price, and honesty makes you want to buy local.

Great mattress at a competitive price. When we originally bought the mattress the salesman was excellent in letting us try out different options. The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is because when we offered to pick it up they failed to mention it was a 3 hour drive from us. They NEED to make it where you can pick up mattresses in store

Everything with Mancini is fine until something goes wrong at which point there is no customer service or follow up. They damaged my wall while delivering furniture and it took them over a month just to give me any updates on when they could fix that and only after incessant calls on my part. They were also supposed to send me a compensation check for the inconvenience and David was supposed to follow up with me on that. It has now been a month since I heard from him and 3 months since the original incident. I have not gotten any check. I am posting here because the last time I got a call from them was only after I posted a negative review.
