Good price, Fast delivery, ill update if i need to use the return policy, but seems best available. They had the same priced deal the manufacturer was offering, but a significantly better return policy. Fast delivery, ordered late on a Saturday night and arrived Monday morning. Everyone I spoke to was helpful without taking up my time

I placed an online order for a mattress protector the other day. Next day got a call to confirm if wanted to pick up or have shipped. The man on the phone helped me track down one of your stores in Sacramento where I was and confirmed that they had one in stock. He even called the store after checking online stock to verify they did have it. Just so happens that the store had one in stock so I decided to pick it up instead. The man on the phone and the ladies in the store were excellent with customer service and very helpful!

Just ordered another set of split Cal King Isleep bamboo sheets. I love them. They are so soft and dreamy that they make it hard to get out of bed! Thanks Mike for the friendly call letting me know that I will receive them in 3 days. I definitely recommend these sheets to anyone who needs a good night's sleep.

I researched for some thin foam mattresses that were Certifi PUR approved, then went to the store to check out the product. Luckily there was no pushy sale person; I had some time to think about it and decided to purchase it online. I happened to find a 10% discount code through a Google search.
