I had a wonderful experience at Mancini's Sleepworld, and I want to give a special thank you to Richard. He helped us purchase two ew mattresses during the Thanksgiving promotion and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He made sure we received the best discount available and explained everything clearly. I also visited a couple of other stores, but Richard was the salesperson I felt the most trust and confidence in. truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him and this location!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves it. I bought a bed frame here, was promised a 3-year warranty, and expected a decent level of quality and service. What I got instead was a complete nightmare. The frame legs literally pulled out of the wood—4 out of 6 screws ripped straight out—and somehow I was told this was due to “moving.” Really? The legs are permanently fixed to the frame and were never removed. Blaming me for obvious poor-quality construction is insulting. To make things worse, I waited over a week for a service call that never came. I ended up sleeping in my guest room before finally fixing the issue myself because no one bothered to show up or help. If this is the level of product quality and customer service they consider acceptable, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I visited Mancini’s Sleepworld today (January 10, 2026) to shop for a new mattress. The salesman, Scott, was initially quite polite and informative — he answered my questions, explained the options, and helped me explore different models without any immediate pressure. However, once I mentioned I needed to run some numbers and couldn’t make a purchase decision on the spot today, his demeanor changed completely. He became aggressive and directly questioned whether I could even afford the mattress, which felt condescending, judgmental, and completely unprofessional. This shift from helpful to pushy made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, especially as someone who was genuinely interested but just needed time to decide. I expect better customer service from a store that promotes expert guidance and no-pressure shopping. This experience left a bad taste, and I won’t be returning or recommending this location. Shoppers beware — the sales approach can turn sour quickly if you’re not buying immediately.

I was looking for a firm mattress. Scott, the manager assisted. He asked me what my budget was and if I had a brand preference. He showed me various options- both within and above my budget, asking me to try. He wasn’t pushy, just neutral while being helpful. I have bought most of my mattresses from this location for the past 15-20 years. I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve got a Brooklyn extra firm. Delivery is very quick and Scott waived the VIP deliver charges of $99. I have free sheet set to go with it too! Hoping the mattress is just right! Return/exchange is free of charge in the stipulated time.
