Walked in and immediately had my simple need addressed by Kevin. No hard sales push, just listened to me and gave me what I needed. He was very informative, an active listener regarding our different needs (one person needed more firm while the other liked a softer mattress) without being pushy and didn’t mind sharing the costs.
