Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. If you want to return, you have to keep the mattress for 30 days. They don't take it back before 30 days ends. Also, you need to pay %5 fee of your purchase...

I had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Mancini's in San Rafael. Normally, I don't expect much from young retail salespeople as an old sales pro myself. But was I wrong. Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, honest when he did not have an answer and led me to a good decision without being pushy in any way. I also watched him with a couple of elderly customers, and he was excellent. The store itself had a great selection and the pricing was overall good. I recommend this store and to work with Joshua. He is there Wednesday through Sunday. I love my new bed.

My wife and I had purchased an Aireloom Bay Amargosa extra firm mattress back at the end of May. Jason Dunn assisted us. We have shopped locally for mattresses before and have been underwhelmed to say the least. Lack of customer service, not standing behind the product, etc. This experience was by far, heads and tails above the rest! Recently (last Friday) my wife had mentioned the mattress was a bit too firm. I called Mancini's and spoke with Joshua. He said we were well under our 120 day exchange and it would be no problem at all. We stopped by, went through testing the other mattress, did the paperwork and by that Sunday (two days) we had a new mattress delivered. We were given a two hour delivery window, but the delivery guys showed up 20 minutes prior to the start of the window (we were pretty surprised!). The delivery folks were very professional, courteous and efficient, taking care of everything in less than 15 minutes. I spoke with Jason today (Monday) and he said there was a small refund coming between the two mattresses and it was a simple call by him to admin. to handle. We have to say, again, our experience was extremely favorable and would highly recommend this store, Jason (Manager) and his staff! We will definitely use them again down the road!
