1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
Mancini’s Sleepworld “Helix Core Midnight Mattress” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on September 10, 2025 at 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) and ends on October 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Mancini’s Sleepworld, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Questions, comments, or concerns related to the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor at (800-647-5337).
2. ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, and (b) maintain a primary residential address within fifty (50) miles of either Mancini’s Sleepworld Citrus Heights (7975-B Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95610) or Mancini’s Sleepworld Rocklin (5116 Commons Dr Ste. 101, Rocklin, CA 95677). Each eligible individual is an “Entrant.” Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees are ineligible to enter or win. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” means those who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” means parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses.
3. PRIZES:

- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,372
Cumulative retail value of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes: $1,372.
Limit one (1) prize per Entrant and per household. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Taxes/Fees. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with acceptance and use of the prize, and for completing any required tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9) as a condition of prize award, if applicable.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by donating a new or gently used jacket at Mancini’s Sleepworld’s Citrus Heights or Rocklin store locations during the Sweepstakes Period. Upon making a donation, participants will be given one (1) entry form to complete and submit in-store.
Alternative Means of Entry: In lieu of the above entry method, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting either the Citrus Heights or Rocklin store location during the Sweepstakes Period and requesting an entry form to submit without making a donation. Store hours and details are available at: https://www.sleepworld.com/locations.
Limit of one (1) entry per eligible Entrant for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be received by October 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET.
5. DRAWING, WINNER SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION
A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 15, 2025 by Sponsor to select the Winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.
Within approximately five (5) business days after the random drawing, the potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
The Winner may be required to sign and return Prize Claim Documents within three (3) days of notice. Failure to return documents in time may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate Winner.
Sponsor will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the Winner in accordance with the above procedure. If the Winner does not respond or comply, the prize may go unawarded.
6. METHODS OF PRIZE RETRIEVAL
Pickup or Delivery. The prize may be picked up at either of the following locations: (i) Mancini’s Sleepworld Citrus Heights (7975-B Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95610); or (ii) Mancini’s Sleepworld Rocklin (5116 Commons Dr Ste. 101, Rocklin, CA 95677). At Sponsor’s option, the prize may instead be delivered to a residential address within fifty (50) miles of either store. If the Winner’s residential address is outside the fifty (50) mile radius, the Winner must pick up the prize from one of the above locations within fourteen (14) days of being confirmed as the Winner, or the prize may be forfeited at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.sleepworld.com/privacypolicy.html.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or the acceptance/use of any prize.
9. BINDING ARBITRATION
Entrant agrees that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Alameda County, California. California law governs these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Class, collective, and representative actions are not permitted; the arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim. Jury trial is waived. Each party is responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
