1. ELIGIBILITY
The Mancini's Sleepworld **"Giants Slumber Party Giveaway"** ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Mancini's Sleepworld, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any person residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook (Meta), the San Francisco Giants, Major League Baseball, or Oracle Park.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins upon publication of the official giveaway post on **Saturday, June 27, 2026**, and ends at **11:59 PM PT on Tuesday, July 14, 2026**.
The winner will be selected at random and announced on **Wednesday, July 15, 2026**.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following during the Entry Period:
* Follow @mancinissleepworld on Instagram or Facebook.
* Like the official giveaway post.
* Comment on the giveaway post by answering the prompt provided (for example, sharing who you'd bring to the Giants Slumber Party and why).
Limit one (1) entry per person across both Instagram and Facebook. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or bot-generated entries will be disqualified.
No additional entries will be awarded for sharing, tagging additional friends, or multiple comments unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
* Four (4) tickets to the San Francisco Giants Slumber Party at Oracle Park on Friday, July 31, 2026.
* One (1) Mancini's Sleepworld premium swag bag.
* Premium sleep-themed goodies with an approximate retail value of **$150+**.
The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is approximately **$1,250+**.
Tickets will be delivered electronically via email.
The winner may transfer the tickets to another individual if they are unable to attend; however, no cash alternative or substitution will be provided.
Transportation, parking, lodging before or after the event, and any other incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If the event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or cancel the Giveaway.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified through a direct message and/or comment on the social media platform where they entered on or about **July 15, 2026**.
The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other circumstance compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
All attendees must comply with the San Francisco Giants' and Oracle Park's event policies. Any attendee under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, if required by the event.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mancini's Sleepworld, Meta, the San Francisco Giants, Major League Baseball, Oracle Park, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
9. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Mancini's Sleepworld to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photographs, video, and submitted content for advertising, promotional, marketing, social media, and other business purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation.
The winner and their guests may be photographed or recorded during the Giants Slumber Party event, and such content may be used by Mancini's Sleepworld for future promotional materials, social media, website content, and other marketing efforts.
10. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Mancini's Sleepworld's Privacy Policy.
