Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. I had the absolute pleasure of working with William! I had a very unique situation and was trying to find a bed for someone who wouldn't be able to come down in person! He did research, took time and was very patient with me! He went over different models that he recommended so I knew exactly what to look for when I arrived at the store! William was busy working with a couple on selecting a bed when we arrived. He was very courteous, and we were already prepared, he set us up to know what we could start trying right when we arrived! Phenomenal customer service, great communication and thoughtful recommendations!! William provided everything we needed quickly and set up our delivery! Went into Mancini over the Labor Day weekend. Was met with a very knowledgeable young man named William Saullovich. I told him I was looking for a replacement mattress because the current one felt like I was sleeping in a sink hole. I told him I was interested in a firm, tight top mattress.
He pointed out several and told me it is best if I lay on them a couple minutes in different sleep positions to truly get a sense of how they feel, which I did. One of the mattress was approximately $300 more, both appeared as if it would work. Both brands are reputable brands. I asked him which would he recommend and truly appreciated his response. Instant of trying to sale the higher priced mattress he simply said everyone is different. And explained what I already knew. So, I took some additional time and even tried several other mattresses that I had not tried and decided on one of the two he originally suggested. So, I’ll try it for the 39 to 90days and hope it is truly as comfortable as it was in the store. Just delivered today. Excited to sleep on it tonight to see if it is as good as it appears. I was shopping for a new queen size Mattress on Friday September 27th. When I walked in to Mancini's in Pinole, there was one other customer and William was helping her. But he said I will be right with you. My friend and I were looking around and I saw some firm Mattress. Then when William was done he came right over and showed us some other firm Mattress. He was a breath of fresh air. I have never seen such a good sales person as William is. So my friend and I went and had lunch. When we returned William was right there to sell me my new mattress and I got two new pillows for free, and bought a new mattress cover for my bed. Again I just want say how wonderful it was to have William as my sale person. Thanks again.
