I had a really great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Concord, thanks to my salesperson, Daniel. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right mattress without making me feel pressured. He listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Buying a mattress is a big investment, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a new mattress!

Went in to buy my first mattress and was helped by Arash. He was extremely helpful and patient. Mancini’s especially James made our mattress selection process incredibly easy and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect mattress and pillow without feeling pressured, he let us explored and feel the mattress with our baby’s safety as the priority. He explained the options clearly and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. The entire transaction was smooth, fast, and professional from start to finish. It just like you went to the supermarket. Stroll around, choose, pick, pay and go. Excellent customer service and a wonderful overall experience.
We love the next day delivery option even if we were there late afternoon the prior day. They are on top of the delivery timeframe given and were courteous, took care of the old mattress and setup the new mattress. We like that it’s all setup, just waiting for us to sleep on it.
