Thomas at Mancini's Sleepworld was the best person I've talked to in years. He actually listened to what I was trying to accomplish in getting a new mattress. He insite was spot on for what would fit in my existing bed frame and what I needed for better sleep. I love my new mattress and platform that goes up and down. Sleep is better.
