Update 8/2/26: 1) The person we bought the mattresses from was Richard, not Robert. 2) Rodney, the store manager, reached out and took responsibility for the incident. He is offering a price reduction on a future purchase.
BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH: My wife and I purchased two mattresses from Robert at Blossom Hill Road store today. For no less than 20 minutes, we discussed BeautyRest products and walked around the show room that includes no less than 10 displays of BeautyRest mattresses along with plentiful BeautyRest signage. We made the deal for the 2 BeautyRest mattresses wanted (as we were standing in front of the BeautyRest displays). When Robert produced the receipt, it read "Brooklyn Bedding" under the mattress description. When I asked Robert what that meant, he stated "it's our private label". I explained that I expected to be purchasing a BeautyRest product, not a Mancini private label product. He replied with a long song and dance about how much better their product is, and the price we got it for was so much better than the cost of a BeautyRest product, etc., etc. He was also very agitated that I had picked up his bait and switch. The bottom line is this: Robert had ZERO intention of telling me he switched a product on me, even after we talked about the brand name product (BeautyRest) for over 20 minutes. Just know that Robert's "nice guy", "soft touch" approach is all theater. The reality is he's a fraud, as is the entire store, apparently. They will never get another penny of mine.

My wife and I came here for the Memorial Day weekend sale, and Robert was enormously helpful. He spent a lot of time with us guiding us through comfort testing various firmness and mattress types, demo’ing features and so on. We ended up buying on our first visit, which hadn’t been the initial plan, but the Aireloom Trinity was just such a standout experience. Highly recommend Mancini for selection and service!

We needed to buy a new mattress of a certain height on short notice, went to the Mancini's store on Blossom River, and they had what we needed. Mevludin was very helpful and knowledgeable, and even was perceptive enough to see that the size we needed was actually different from what we had thought. I recently purchased 2 queen Adjustable bases from Mancini's in Almaden. My sales associate was Mev Sabano. I am moving to South Carolina so delivery to this area was proving to be challenging and expensive. Mev worked with multiple vendors to ensure that I had the bases delivered as white glove service at a reasonable cost. Mev was dedicated to ensuring I received a high level service, he went above and beyond his job to do this for me. Also, I had an old bed, mattress and adjustable base here in California which he has arranged to be picked up. Mev was very supportive and professional.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by him and made us feel very much welcomed. There were many options to chose from and with little experience in the different types of matresses, Robert was able to help us navigate and explain to us about the different styles of matresses based on our sleeping preferences. We were able to try out different matresses and ask him questions that he was able to answer for us. The place was also clean and comforting to walk into.
