Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. We had a very positive experience at the Dublin, CA Mancini’s Sleepworld.
We needed to replace mattress protector that we bought there a few years ago. When we machine washed it, the waterproof backing shredded.
Collin and Cal worked with us. They showed us a couple of different mattress protectors, and were knowledgeable about the different products and the features thereof. We were able to examine samples to determine how they would feel on our bed. We were very impressed with Collin and Cal’s professionalism and their patience with us.
Then the unexpected happened: when it came time to pay, Collin and Cal offered us the protector at a steep discount, which surprised us. We will definitely continue to patronize the Dublin Mancini’s Sleepworld due to the attention we received from those two impressive staff members.
