Myyyy goodness! My husband and I laid on about ten mattresses and swapped back and forth between two of them many many times. At no point did we feel pressured to hurry up and make a decision! The customer service was incredible and Brandon made sure that we were getting what we wanted and understood the differences between each mattress! I highly recommend anyone not sure of what they want or 100% sure of what they want to go to Mancini's Sleepworld in Concord!!!

Went there with a mattress in mind that we wanted, but open minded enough to check out other mattresses. We were helped by Brian who not only knew his products but was respectful about what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. Brian was able to answer every question we had from the differences in brands, the types of mattresses down to the type of sheets that work best. I appreciate being able to go in, find what we want without the high pressure salesman tactics. The next time we need a mattress or other furniture, we'll be going back there and working with Brian.

Excellent customer service at Mancini's!! A Romanian man at the counter was helpful over the phone and in store when I decided to run in to buy a mattress pallet. He was very helpful, in no rush, and even helped me attach the bulky pallet to the top of my car with twine so it wouldn't fall off. Highly recommend!!

Wow! If you are looking for an awesome experience finding a mattress definitely check out Mancini Sleepworld in Gilroy! Brandon was super informative and had all the answers to our questions. Super knowledgeable on the products. We ended up finding more then what we expected because they had such a good selection of mattresses and head boards. It was a smooth fun experience. Jake was also really friendly and helpful! Thank you two so much for giving us such an awesome experience! I highly recommend checking this place out. Purchased a new mattress earlier this week and was very pleased with the experience. Ron assisted me and was both friendly and professional. I was able to chose the day for delivery. I received a call the evening before and was given a 2 hr. opening. On delivery date, I received a call advising that the truck was on it's way and sure enough it pulled up right on time. The new mattress was brought in and set up, the old one removed and taken away all in about 5 minutes total. Couldn't have been easier.

We were looking for a bed for my dad who has back issues.Richard helped us over the span of multiple trips over multiple days and with multiple different people present.He showed us different mattresses with different adjustable frames so we could get an idea for what would work best for his needs.The mattress was delivered as promised within a few days and the delivery people showed him how to operate it.Everyone in both the showroom and upon delivery wore masks the whole time and made us feel comfortable.Will definitely shop there again when we're looking for our next mattress.
