Great experience at the Novato store! We did not expect shopping for a mattress and bed platform would be so easy. Steve was really great and gave us all kinds of information. He totally understood what we were looking for and made the entire experience easy and pleasurable.

At times in a mattress shop I feel a little bit, pushed by sales people, but this time in San Rafael as well as a Novato the sales people were just wonderful. Also, the delivery guys were very polite and respectful of our house. Only five star review review.
