Had an amazing experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Dublin. I ended up getting the Kingsdown Milhaven Plush Eurotop mattress and I honestly love it. It’s easily one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever tried.
Rob was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, asked questions about my sleep preferences, and even took measurements to help narrow down the right options for me. Then he walked me through trying basically every mattress in the store until I found the perfect fit.
What stood out most was that I never felt pressured at any point. Rob was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me make the right decision instead of just making a sale. They also gave me a great price and helped stack as many discounts as possible, which I really appreciated.
Overall, this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend both Mancini’s Sleepworld in Dublin and especially Rob if you’re shopping for a new mattress.

I purchased a mattress at Mancini’s in Dublin and had a great experience. I went 2 different days—first day to check out what they had in a medium firm mattresses, which is a blue in their SleepMatch system. The manager John showed me several mattresses that ranged from very luxurious and pricier to closer to my budget. I was undecided and returned a few days later and was helped by Rob, who was very knowledgeable. He suggested I complete the in-store test with the connected mattress that instead showed green was probably a better match given my sleep habits and current pain in my shoulders, which is why I was shopping for a new mattress. The website and the in-store descriptions lists expiration dates of any promotions, so that is good to keep in mind. Overall, I didn’t feel pressured and felt welcome to try out the mattresses and ask questions.
Delivery scheduling was great. The delivery people arrived at the beginning of the delivery window. They to the wrong address at first, but my call to the dispatch only resulted in a short wait as they found my correct address quickly. Two men came and they were polite, fast, had shoe covers, and were very careful with my mattress and my walls.
