Brian was great! Very personable, extremely helpful and kind overall. Not once did we feel pressured or like we were being sold to just so he could close a sale. He walked my wife and I through several mattresses, the differences between each one and helped us land on the right one for us. We’re extremely happy with our decision and Brian’s guidance. I came into the store 2 times, the first time I spent 30 minutes testing mattresses and narrowed it down to a 6000$ mattress that I only laid in for a few minutes. I came back a 2nd time and tested the mattress for almost an hour. Afterward, the salesman Bryan asked me how it felt, and when I tried to explain he interrupted me and said that I was "thinking about it to much" and that I should just buy it because I can return it anyway. He would not let me finish my sentence, he was literally arguing with me. I explained for the 3rd time that I have stenosis and protrusion and disk degeneration and I have bought 4 beds in 2 years and none of them have been comfortable. He persisted, almost out of breath with desperation, despite me telling him that I have tested beds that feel comfortable at first but didn't provide correct support and needed to be returned. Sometimes beds that are very comfortable to lay in feel horrible when you get out of them and it takes a few tries of 30 minutes minimum to really determine if it's worth getting it delivered. That's exactly why people go to a mattress store instead of buying online without trying it first.
I think the mark of a good salesman is making people want to buy something they don't want, not making someone want to not buy something they already want. While I was laying there I heard their entire business meeting when the boss came in with swag (energy drinks and candy) and a fun seashells in a jar guessing game. They talked about sales, delivery routes, teased people who didn't play the guessing game, teased people who didn't want pizza and don't eat at work, and then Tom explained how when he gets drunk he can't talk because his tongue is to big for his mouth. Very professional.

We went to Mancini’s yesterday to help a friend purchase a new mattress. Brian helped us out. He was totally friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. We looked at a variety of mattresses before our friend selected the one she wanted. I was impressed enough to contact Brian today to order a new mattress for us.
