We had a great experience at Mancini’s in Walnut Creek. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. He truly listened to our needs and took the time to address all of our concerns. We initially went in considering a Four Seasons quality plush Beautyrest and even visited a competitor where we felt pushed toward Tempur-Pedic. Thanks to Brian’s honest guidance, we ended up choosing a higher-quality Aireloom plush mattress that was a much better fit for us. We’re very happy with our decision and would absolutely recommend Brian and Mancini’s to others.

This salesman “Bailey” was incredible. When I brought up some physical problems I have he explained different options available. “Bailey” took the time to take a photo of me lying on my stomach so I could see if the mattress would give & my back would sway. Indeed he was correct about the mattress best for my situation. He took his time and was never pushy. I am really pleased. Rick

Excellent Service! Brian Crayne, store Manager was a joy. While my heart and Wallet were in A-fib because my wife naturally chose the highest priced item, on the first floor at least, he did his job and showed why we needed this particular Kluft Mattress( due to my Corpulent build-(aka “Fat Ass”). I think if it performs as well as it’s advertised, it will be worth the money. While Service and product appear to be first rate, all week I have been hearing about “Black Friday” discounts yet when see my final bill and balance, it is a discount( “total savings” less than 10%?—does that sound fantastic? Oh well!

My husband and I came in to look around for a bed, growing up I always wanted to get a bed from Mancini’s sleep world and today our wishes came true! Brian was amazing! Amazing customer service very knowledgeable about the mattresses that were in the show room and when we told him our budget he was able to work his magic. We really liked the aireloom bay preferred collected that was extra firm but was a bit out of our price range…but it was fate cuz he informed us about the 120 day return policy and just our luck someone retuned theirs and we were able to snatch it and have it be in our budget! I can’t wait to start using this bed cuz especially with our 3 month old baby. SHOUT OUT TO BRIAN! You made our dreams come true and once our baby gets older Mancini’s sleep world is where we will be getting his bed!
