I had such a great experience at Mancini’s! I was greeted immediately when I walked in and helped right away, but in the best way, no pressure at all. I originally went in just looking for pillows… and somehow walked out with a new mattress and pillows 😂 The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help me find what felt right without being pushy. Super smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you want great service without the typical sales pressure! Big thanks to Bryan and Michael for all their help!!!!

Michael Union City is amazing ! I was at another location on Blosson Hill Rd and an older foreigner man was very RUDE to me and up charging me and literally told me “Lady I need to make a living and if I throw in a set of sheets what else after that are you going to want for free ? “ I literally have never been spoken to like that at Mancini’s EVER !!! I have been with this company for 30 or more years ! For my kids and parents and friends !!! So I called Michael at Union City and he not only threw in the sheets he added a few more items for free as well. I was spending a good chunk of money and had just purchased last year for myself. I don’t like cheap mattresses. Needless to say he rectified the wrong graciously !!!and the other guy in SJ was knocking at my car window trying to get me to come back in offering 200 then 300 then 400 off. The whole time I made the purchase on the phone in the parking lot with Michael in Union city. I don’t need to be talked to like that ! No one does ! Please make sure Michael knows how much I appreciate him ! Top notch service is hard to find these days.

Michael was very helpful and informative. He also made you feel welcomed and valued and added no pressure to a sale or to the most expensive the most expensive bed. He made sure what you purchased is what you're actually looking for and will be comfortable for you. If buy beds was the thing to do on a regular basis, I would come here every time.

Michael helped me exchange my mattress from medium firm to firm. He was kind and got everything taken care of right away. I suffer with my back and Mancini's sticks by what they say they really do want you to have a good night sleep. I must mention Brian too. He was there when we originally purchased our mattress.
