The service aspect: *Collin was beyond helpful and accommodating! He was not pushy whatsoever, allowed us to spend some time by ourselves to look and try out the beds he recommended, he was knowledgeable about the mattress itself, mattresses in general, and knowledgeable about the company which started in 1969! +we were offered snacks and drinks during our visits*
The choices: *the was soooo many mattresses I could imagine that there’s over 100 on display to accommodate any type of persons sleeping and/or budget preferences! I can tell you that I got a really good deal on mine!*
The store: *let me tell youuuu, the vibe and ambiance (down to the lighting) in the store really gives you a relaxing homey type of feeling to where you could seriously fall asleep! And it’s very clean!*
Overall: *I will most definitely recommend anyone and everyone to this mattress firm! Customer service lacks a lot these days, so this was a very refreshing experience for my fiancé and I!*

My husband is a truck driver and was in Tracy on friday at 2pm and saw the sale signs in window at Mancini world on Grantline rd. So he thought he would stop in at his lunch hour. We needed a new bed and couch. He walked in and asked about sales. The sales guy looked my husband up and down and said there were no more items on sale... My husband tried to get more info as we were seriously looking to buy. The sales person was very cold and unfriendly. My husband ended up leaving. You guys seriously lost a sale!!!
