Short review: 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! (Didn’t get the best pics of the whole mattress) Detailed Review: The service aspect: *Collin was beyond helpful and accommodating! He was not pushy whatsoever, allowed us to spend some time by ourselves to look and try out the beds he recommended, he was knowledgeable about the mattress itself, mattresses in general, and knowledgeable about the company which started in 1969! +we were offered snacks and drinks during our visits* The choices: *the was soooo many mattresses I could imagine that there’s over 100 on display to accommodate any type of persons sleeping and/or budget preferences! I can tell you that I got a really good deal on mine!* The store: *let me tell youuuu, the vibe and ambiance (down to the lighting) in the store really gives you a relaxing homey type of feeling to where you could seriously fall asleep! And it’s very clean!* Overall: *I will most definitely recommend anyone and everyone to this mattress firm! Customer service lacks a lot these days, so this was a very refreshing experience for my fiancé and I!*

I am starting chemo in a couple weeks and I needed a new bed that I could be comfortable in because I know I’m going to be very tired. So I buy all my beds from Mancini sleep world in Tracy California. Everyone there is wonderful. Collin was the sales person and he helped me so much to choose the proper bed and I am so thrilled that it will actually be here tomorrow. He had so many great ideas to help me and I really appreciated it. He has gone over and above what he had to do and he’s very pleasant and easy to talk to and be with.

My husband and I walked in to purchase a new mattress about half an hour before closing, the manager Mesfin greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very patient and kind, he also stayed after closing and took his time showing us the different products. I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit this store, the customer service was great and we received our mattress just 2 days later.
