Our sales associate was friendly, personable, and helped us find the right mattress for my daughter. He helped her discover which firmness she preferred in a mattress, and then provided several options in the medium-softness range she preferred. He was up front about costs, gave details about bed frame options, and even mattress protection covers. I appreciated his thorough approach to show us all options while allowing us space to make the decisions that were best for our family. RG was absolutely wonderful, but not pushy in the least. He gave me the space to think and answered all my questions. I have lived here all my life & never bought anything from Mancini’s before. I know plenty of people who have & I decided to try it. So far I am really pleased. We will see how the delivery goes this Friday, delivery & take away old mattress are free. I will definitely go there again if I ever need another mattress. Today is 4/4 & I have had my bed for a few days. First off the deliver guys were absolutely awesome even moved a heavy bed frame from one room to another for me . They set everything up & took away the old. I also Love, love, love my new bed.
