I had a wonderful experience at Mancini's Sleepworld, and I want to give a special thank you to Richard. He helped us purchase two ew mattresses during the Thanksgiving promotion and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He made sure we received the best discount available and explained everything clearly. I also visited a couple of other stores, but Richard was the salesperson I felt the most trust and confidence in. truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him and this location!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves it. I bought a bed frame here, was promised a 3-year warranty, and expected a decent level of quality and service. What I got instead was a complete nightmare. The frame legs literally pulled out of the wood—4 out of 6 screws ripped straight out—and somehow I was told this was due to “moving.” Really? The legs are permanently fixed to the frame and were never removed. Blaming me for obvious poor-quality construction is insulting. To make things worse, I waited over a week for a service call that never came. I ended up sleeping in my guest room before finally fixing the issue myself because no one bothered to show up or help. If this is the level of product quality and customer service they consider acceptable, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I had such a great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Sunnyvale with Scott. He was helpful, informative, and never pushy—he respected my time (and the fact that I was shopping with a small child). He encouraged me to take my time and come back when I was ready, which I really appreciated. When I returned, Scott clarified exactly what I was looking for, pulled up prices and deals, and even offered VIP delivery. After comparing online and in other stores, he truly gave me the best price on a big investment purchase: an Eastern King Tempur-Pedic mattress with the Ergo Base. The whole process was quick and smooth—I spent maybe 20 minutes in the store, checked out, and was on my way. By Tuesday, my bed was delivered, set up, and I was sleeping on it. I even called back with a question about my receipt, and Scott immediately helped me out. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I can’t recommend Scott and this location enough. Best and easiest mattress buying experience ever!
