Kevin greeted us as soon as we came in and asked what we were shopping for. He determined our needs and sleep habits and showed us to the various mattresses that would meet our needs. He explained the differences in materials, craftsmanship, quality etc and then gave us time alone to test each mattress and discuss. No high pressure sales. He truly was more of a ‘tour guide’ than high pressure salesman. We ended up selecting the Aireloom Riviera and are looking forward to receiving our new mattress later this week. The 365 day guarantee that is offered is a real plus as we feel confident that if we have any issues with our selection that Mancini’s will replace it with another mattress.

I had a great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld! I originally went in just to buy a pillow, but the customer service was so friendly, efficient, and helpful that I ended up buying two items. The sleep specialist Brandon was very customer-oriented and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I also appreciated that when I mentioned finding a better price online, they were very kind and worked with me on a discount without giving me a hard time. It was also nice to see them treating other customers with the same friendliness and attention. Excellent service all around!

Kevin Emerson, manager of the Saratoga store, was wonderful! Showed us different beds, helped us choose a replacement for our current bed, and told us pros and cons of each.
