Just want to put out the disclaimer that I never write reviews. I think this is the first or second review I’ve ever submitted. I had an amazing experience at the Mancini Sleep world near Stevens Creek Boulevard across from Valleyfair Mall in Santa Clara. There was a gentleman there by the name of Chris that was absolutely amazing. His product knowledge and hospitality reminded me of the way things used to be when you would walk into a retail store or restaurant. I’ve been in hospitality my whole entire life and anyone that has been in hospitality, knows that it is an industry and a piece of service that is missing in almost every aspect of our business nowadays. The staff at Mancini’s were all fun and made our experience exceptional. They gave us an incredible price they met all our needs. Mike the manager was amazing and added to the experience. I do want to give a special shout out to Chris the salesman who helped us. Chris”s personality and attentiveness to our needs and product knowledge made the experience amazing. If you need a mattress and you’re looking for genuine hospitality and customer service with a family feel. Look no further, go see Chris at Mancini Sleep World. Mike the manager was also very helpful and added to the experience. But I can truly say it was Chris and his personal touch that added to the reason of why we purchased a mattress that day. No pressure sales. Breath of fresh air. They recommended the best option for me based on excellent expertise and experience, which ended up being a lot less money then I was planning on spending but was the RIGHT thing to do based on my needs, and they knew this because they listened carefully, did not interrupt and really advocated for me the customer.
