I had a great experience shopping at Mancini's Sleepworld — the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy while I tried out different mattresses. They took the time to explain the differences between models and helped me find one that fit both my comfort needs and budget. Delivery was smooth and on time, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress

My experience with Mancini’s Sleepworld in Santa Clara, CA was absolutely fantastic! David Morales was the team member who assisted us throughout our first mattress-shopping experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us. David was attentive, patient, and truly customer-focused. He answered all of our questions with patience and expertise, and his ability to educate us about different mattress technologies was exceptional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Honestly, if it weren’t for David’s guidance, we probably would have purchased our mattress somewhere else. He made us feel right at home and never made us feel pressured. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has everything you could need for a great night’s sleep, from mattresses to other sleep essentials. We are extremely happy with our purchase and with the overall experience.
A huge thank you to David for making our first mattress-buying experience such a positive one! Highly recommend Mancini’s Sleepworld, especially if you’re lucky enough to have David help you!

For an excellent non-pushy approach, I had an amazing experience at the Mancini Sleep World Santa Clara store. Mike, known as mattress Mike, was incredibly helpful and patient, he listened to my needs and made the whole process smooth ,stress-free, and enjoyable! He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress and fit. Mattress Mike explained thoroughly the differences between the brands and models and left me alone to try out the beds without any sales pressure, also letting me know of the current sales and included perks!
I highly recommend Mancini Sleepworld, Santa Clara store, for a great bundle price, no sales pressure, and being extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Great place to buy a mattress. I was a repeat customer because I loved the quality of my previous purchase and shopping experience. The associate was very helpful and helped me find a new matttress matching the previous quality quickly and got the delivery arranged the next day itself. I’d highly Mancini’s Sleepworld to purchase your next new mattress.

Mattress Mike was great! He is the Stevens Creek store manager. I found Mike from a family member who referred me to his store. They’d had a great experience.
Mike was personable, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my sleep comfort. He explained the process in detail, outlined what to do if after a 3-month trial I no longer liked the mattress and needed to exchange it, and helped to set up a delivery time in the city I’m moving to!
I highly recommend Mike Hipple and Mancini’s Sleepworld. Seriously get there now!
