Incredible all around! When there is a passage of time since my last mattress purchase, a bit of fog sets in as you navigate the options and new features to consider. The Store Manager "Mike" stepped in with a simple baseline of information, asked a few questions and narrowed the wide field of options down to a select few. I made my selection with confidence because of the professional guidance. My delivery is also delayed for a few months "No Problem" Mike said... "Just call when you are ready". Simply Perfect!

My sister and I had been putting off getting new mattresses for awhile and finally decided to visit Mancini’s Sleepworld. David Morales made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He answered all of our questions, walked us through several options, and helped us both find the right mattresses and adjustable bases. The store manager Michael was very friendly and when hearing my husband had back problems and need something firm, he immediately picked out the right candidates we could try. I really liked that he gave us ample time to try out and think by ourselves. We ended up buying one of the mattresses we tried, and this is day 3 but so far the mattress is the very first one that my husband said his back doesn't hurt. The mattress is the Onyx extra firm fyi, it's truly firm and the butt doesn't sink which is exactly what we were looking for. We previously tried a latex mattress but it didn't work for us, so we are so glad this store had exactly what we needed!

For an excellent non-pushy approach, I had an amazing experience at the Mancini Sleep World Santa Clara store. Mike, known as mattress Mike, was incredibly helpful and patient, he listened to my needs and made the whole process smooth ,stress-free, and enjoyable! He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress and fit. Mattress Mike explained thoroughly the differences between the brands and models and left me alone to try out the beds without any sales pressure, also letting me know of the current sales and included perks!
