Neal, as the Store Manager, was able to provide us with valuable recommendations based on his extensive work knowledge. We were delighted to receive our mattresses on time, as promised, without any delays. Neal’s professionalism and cordiality were evident throughout our interaction. The delivery men today exceeded our expectations, making the entire experience truly exceptional. After struggling with tossing, turning, and back pain for what feels like forever, I finally found the perfect mattress - and I owe it all to Ira Zimmerman! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with him at the Van Ness location, but I believe he’s usually based at the Geary store. Either way, if you’re shopping for better sleep, go to Mancini’s. I’m looking forward to finally sleeping through the night and waking up pain-free. So grateful—highly recommend!- brian

I had an excellent experience with this store! Their associate Carlos was very friendly and very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses on the market. I was able to try out many different mattresses and did not pressured in any way to make a purchase. I got a really nice mattress at a great price point due to their Labor Day Sale. I'm usually an online shopper, but for such an important purchase, it's so helpful to try out the different mattresses out there before buying. Their return policy seems solid as well, and their door-to-door delivery was legit. I literally had no issues. I definitely recommend them, and would buy from them again!
