I highly recommend this Geary Street location. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Fidel and Chesiree greeted us right away and made the entire process both informative and fun. Their knowledge of the different mattress options was impressive, and they patiently answered every question we had without ever making us feel pressured. What stood out most was how thoughtful and customer-focused they were. They understood that purchasing a mattress is a major investment and gave us the time and space to make the right decision. When we returned the next day to complete our purchase, they both remembered us by name and made us feel truly valued as customers. They also respected our time and made sure we were helped promptly, which we really appreciated. Had a really lovely time here with the Store Manager Fidel. We took our sweet time trying each bed for their firmness levels. Got a sweet deal on three mattresses and an adjustable frame. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Was given time and privacy to discuss the different options (no hovering which is great). Was given recommendations based on our needs. Highly recommend!

Easy to get a few mattresses. My sales guy provided good information but did not pressure me to buy anything. I showed him the price from the manufacturer site and he beat their price. Scheduling delivery was easy too.

Fidel was really knowledgeable and explained what makes a good mattress and what you give up in terms of quality with the mattresses that are delivered in a box. We came in looking to educate ourselves before we replaced our 25 year old mattress. After a few hours of ‘testing’ and comparisons with Fidel we decided on the Temperpedic with the basic adjustable frame. Looking forward to some great sleep!
