My daughter and I came here to buy her a new mattress. We’ve shopped here several times and have always had a good experience. Fidel was very helpful and respectful as she tried different mattresses. He took into account her specific situation and made good recommendations. She’s very happy with the one we chose. Later, I realized we needed a new mattress protector, because her old one had disintegrated. Fidel helped me select and pay for one over the phone, and when it came to the store he brought it to my house on his way home from work! Definitely above and beyond and much appreciated, as I have some mild mobility challenges.

Fidel in the store was very friendly and helpful. The mattress was delivered the next day. The 2 men who delivered the mattress were very professional. They made carrying mattresses up and down 2 flights of stairs look easy. Very friendly. They helped me put a cover on my new mattress which I could not have done alone. Would shop at Mancini again.
