Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. I had an exceptional experience at Mancini’s thanks to Josiah. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect mattress. Josiah took the time to understand my preferences and budget, ultimately guiding me to a mattress that exceeded my expectations.
What stood out most was Josiah's commitment to customer satisfaction. When the sheets I purchased didn't quite work out, he made an exception to the store's policy and allowed me to return them hassle-free. This level of service and attention to detail is truly commendable.

Wonderful service from Josiah at this location!! He helped us buy a full bedroom set and helped us choose the right mattress to go with it. He was fully versed in the wide selection within the showroom and even some models not on site. We got a great deal due to price matching on the mattress and sales on the furniture (since Mancini's is trying to divest away from furniture and play into their strengths by stocking only mattresses in the future- we got lucky and are very excited for our set but it will probably not be a good place for dressers in 2025). Would highly recommend this store. Good prices, good staff, good products, good selection.

Three weeks ago, my husband and I decided after 20+ years of the same bed we needed something new to support our aging bones. We had done some previous online investigating, but our own fears of high pressure sales and making such an important decision kept us from moving forward.
Armed with at least a modicum of knowledge about the various types of mattresses on the market, eventually we needed to do the only thing we couldn’t do online….go lie on some beds!
We visited Mancini’s Sleepworld in San Ramon, and were politely greeted by Erik Hendrickson. We could see dozens of mattresses and frames to try. Erik suggested we avail ourselves of the Sleep Match process which analyzed our body types and pressure points. Within a few minutes, Erik had combined those statistics with our answers to his questions about our personal preferences. He began to guide us through the multiple Mancini’s Sleepworld mattress options. He answered every question and concern we had. Erik’s complete knowledge of his industry along with his personal and professional nature, made us very comfortable during our visit; we knew we were dealing with a person who listened, learned what we needed, and helped us make the decision to purchase our new, perfectly suited mattress and bed frame.
Shortly after our visit a crew expertly delivered and set up our brand new bed set as well as whisked away our previous one. They were polite, swift, well organized and made sure we were very satisfied before they left.
Bottom line….we love our new bed! We heartily recommend Mancini’s Sleepworld and Erik Hendrickson for your new bed needs!

I knew that mattresses had changed in the many years since I last bought one, and I really dreaded shopping for one for fear of feeling old and out-of-date, pressured into buying more than I needed. The young man, Josiah, who helped me was very knowledgeable and, without being patronizing, explained how mattresses, box springs and platforms had changed in recent years. He did not try to up-sell me anything, but when I told him I had difficulty lifting the mattress to change the fitted sheet, he showed me how the adjustable platform could help with that problem. We bought a queen size, Sealy, firm mattress and find it very comfortable. My aching back feels the difference already. Josiah was right—the adjustable platform makes it much easier to change the bedding. It also makes reading in bed way more comfortable. We are very happy with Mancini’s salespeople, products and service.
