I have waited a couple of days to share this review in order to get a couple of nights sleep on the new adjustable bed and Nectar mattress. First my extreme compliment for the superb support that Raylijah (Ray) Writt-Baker provided. I care for 2 adults with disabilities and my time was limited but he was very efficient in demonstrating the benefits of the various options. Due to scheduling demands, I had to leave the store though Ray accommodated my phone order a few hours later and arranged for a delivery 36 hours later. You do not get better customer service than that. Thank you Ray and thank you Mancini’s. While attending to me Ray was also serving 3 other customers. Finally my hats off to the father and son delivery team. They also did a great job. They removed my futon and frame and set up the new bed in less than an hour.
I will referring everyone to Mancini’s and Ray.

He gave us plenty of time to try different beds, explained the differences between the models and how they work, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Raj Singh knew the inventory, helped me discern among a few possibilities, he listened well, wasn't high pressure, and offered a terrific deal along with the holiday sale--I feel like I'm getting a super product (I'm familiar with the brand) and a great deal.
