Low pressure comfortable place to browse and great sales prices. They are also very polite and respectable. Even though we were quietly greeted when we first came in, they were kind enough to leave us to our own while we explored the products. I liked this aspect a lot as I don’t want someone hounding me while I’m trying to decide on my own. That said, when I did have some questions, they were available not only to ask me what kind of sleeper did I consider myself (side or back sleeper) but they also explained how the products were laid out for easier browsing and decision making. It was a semi cold day and when we walked in, the showroom heat was a warm temp to feel comfortable, they also offer complimentary drinks and snacks if you feel the need. I was impressed with the thought to comfort and hospitality while browsing the showroom it made for a great shopping experience.

Neal is very friendly and informative regarding mattresses. He provided a very pleasant shopping experience. He gave us honest timelines and options for receiving the mattress, frame and additional bedding products. He is fun to chat with and easy going. Glad we stopped in today. Our experience with Mancini’s was effortless. We walked in, told them what we were looking for and our budget, and were shown samples to try. We decided on a slightly higher than our budget mattress but they looked to see if there was a mattress that had a cosmetic flaw which they did so we were able to get a discount. After that, it was 1,2,3 and out the door! Delivery guys were excellent too!
