I went there 20yrs ago and received the same high quality customer service/support. Was in the market to get a bed this summer but happened to drive by and thought let's go check it out just to see the selection.

I had spent the majority of the day around Stevens Creek at Mattress Firm and Mancini's to test out beds, but the sales folks there were either pushing and overselling or just didn't know their products well enough.
Right when I got in, Kevin greeted me and I explained what I was looking for. No frills. Kevin was quick and knowledgeable. Someone had came in later and barged in my interaction with Kevin and he handled it well.
I ultimately purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid High Point Firm King mattress + an adjustable base. I also tacked on a Queen mattress that was on a black Friday sale.
Whole process was quick and easy. Delivery folks did a good job as well.
I'm sending everyone I know to Mancini's in San Jose! Thanks again Kevin!
