The salesperson Daniella was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and completely non-pushy. She had me fully convinced on the perfect bed.
Unfortunately, my experience with the lender, Wells Fargo, was the complete opposite and highly frustrating. I was excited to take advantage of the no-interest financing offer, but my application was denied without any immediate explanation. When I called to understand the reason and see if it could be resolved, the representatives refused to provide any details over the phone. Instead, they insisted I had to wait for a letter to be mailed, which could take 7–10 business days.
With an excellent credit score of 847 and very little debt, this made no sense to me. Rather than wait, I took the invoice details to another mattress retailer, where I was quickly approved for the same no-interest financing through Synchrony. I would have preferred to give my business to the original store, but the poor handling by Wells Fargo forced me to go elsewhere.
Overall, fantastic in-store service ruined by an unprofessional financing process.
