Called the store after looking at website got Avory on the phone and magic happened Avory asked and listened to my concerns of needing a lower bed frame for my mobility issues My first choice took 8 weeks for delivery so he offered to research something that was in stock sent me the link 5 minutes later and I liked it better than the first option We chatted and I immediately got my credit card out as I knew I wanted to buy from him for the effort he put into it Now I’m getting a new bed frame tomorrow and just like that I’m a happy customer So Mancini Sleep World a big favor and keep Avory as long as you can It’s rare to have a genuine sales person there’s days I’m in sales too and Avory has the IT FACTOR!!!! Just a addition I called back from 30 minutes later and purchased the 2 nightstands and a double dresser all from Avory Yes he is that good !!! Yall better recognize just saying

I’d researched online and had a great experience calling the store with questions. Going in to try out the beds was easy, pleasant and fun. Sales staff was super friendly and informative. Very low pressure experience which allowed us to relax, take our time then buy a bed!

I went into the store one week prior and received great customer service from Ali… Labor Day weekend. I went back one week later and got Great customer service from Gray… I ended up buying a bed that’s works best for me, and 0% financing! They also honored the holiday special price, this kinda treatment is rare. I’m super happy! 5 Stars to the both of you guys!!!

My friend/neighbor and I visited Mancini's shortly after opening and we were greeted by Gray. Gray is without a doubt a mattress specialist! Within 20 minutes I was able to make a decision with his exceptional knowledge of the mattresses we were 'testing'. I feel I received a GREAT VALUE with my purchase and best yet, the mattress was delivered within 24 hours! I should mention my neighbor also purchased the mattress of his choice with the assistance of Gray. The delivery guys were nothing but great and right on time! Navigated the rather narrow path I made perfectly into my apartment and of course, took the old mattress out the door! Excellent experience!
