I Love this place as soon as I came in I was greeted and asked if I needed help by Neal. Neal is very knowledgeable about the mattresses and he asked me a couple of questions to make sure he was meeting my needs. He was also able to answer any questions I had about delivery and set up. I loved the customer service Neal provided and he made sure I got every thing I needed for my new mattress. I was able to get my mattress and base next day delivery. Also want to give a shout out to the delivery drivers Miguel and Lesther for their awesome work and set up.

Neil was extremely helpful, respectful and professional throughout my bed buying experience, actually Neil is why I decided to buy that day. His customer service was top notch, I felt welcomed the moment I walked in and most of all I love his sense of humor “two peas in a pod!” Thanks again Neil, for helping me find the right mattress, being so patient and making the purchase painless. The bed will be delivered within 2 days with very little stress on my part. I’d recommend anyone young or old, on a budget or coming to find their Mercedes mattress, this location will not leave you disappointed!!
