It’s the store’s job to try and sell you on a mattress and to get you to preferably purchase a more expensive one. During my experience I definitely got the sense I was getting that treatment, but that comes with the territory. I thought that Gray was informative and very knowledgeable, he was patient, helpful, and not too in your face. I did think their options were somewhat limited however. Overall though I am satisfied with my experience, and would recommend using this location to look for a mattress.
