On May the 24th, 2026 I went to the Pinole Mancini’s to return a $2,899 Aireloom full-sized mattress that I had bought there nearly one year before. I expected to be met with some resistance and reluctance to honor their return policy. Was I mistaken!
I was greeted by Mark Holloway, the same person who’d sold me the mattress originally, and he made the return a totally pleasant and even enjoyable experience. Full marks to Mark, and to Mancini’s!

My husband and I stopped at Mancini’s in Pinole on April 23, 2026 for a headboard and a mattress for our son’s bedroom. The gentleman named Sorosh showed us what is available on the floor as well as online. It didn’t take long for us to see what we wanted online. We also ended up buying a mattress for our bedroom. Sorosh is nice and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see what we ordered when it’s delivered.
