My husband and I have been searching for a new bed frame online for quite sometime, but I’m so happy that we decided to go in-person instead! Upon arriving to Mancini’s in Pinole, Jerome kindly greeted us and assisted us with all of our needs!
He made sure to ask us questions that later helped us find what we were looking for. Originally, we wanted a bed frame with a fabric headboard. Unfortunately, when Jerome checked online for us, the item was out of stock and unavailable for our bed size.
However, he was super detail-oriented and inquired more about what we were looking for, while also providing us with some cost efficient options.
After taking a look at the recommended bed frame, we were still hesitant. However, Jerome gave us a moment to discuss amongst ourselves and let us take a look at the product further which really kept us at ease. In the end, we decided to go with Jerome’s recommendation and purchase the bed frame!
We really appreciate how Jerome took the time to demonstrate the quality of each product, provided us with the best discounts, and created a relaxed and friendly environment. We are extremely excited to receive our bed frame and cannot wait! I am so glad that I found Mancini’s Sleep World in Pinole where I met sales manager, Jerome, who listened to what I needed, and found the correct bed for me. There was plenty of time to try the bed inside the store and Jerome was very knowledgeable about construction details.
