Each mattress manufacturer offers a reasonable warranty. There are some minor differences. Our Mattress Specialists will be able to provide the information you need. Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. For Furniture products, please call the store you purchased from and speak with a representative there so they can direct you to the right manufacturer. If you purchased online, call 925-456-6400 and ask to speak with customer service.

Excellent Customer Service! If you are currently looking for a mattress then Sales Associate Chris at the Palo Alto location is your guy. Chris exhibited professionalism, excellent customer service, patience and he is very knowledgeable. He is well-versed in all types and brands of mattresses and had options suited to our preferences during our initial visit. Also, he made ordering our new mattress easy and painless. It was SEAMLESS! We received our mattress the very next day. This is the type of customer service that builds life long customers.
