I recently purchased a bed from Mancini’s Sleepworld and had a wonderful experience. The saleswoman was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me some discounts, which I really appreciated. The delivery also went very smoothly and was right on time. The team was professional and careful with the setup. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Mancini’s to anyone looking for a new bed!

Had a great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld. Brittany was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in walking us through the mattress options and explaining the differences clearly. We were able to make a decision that felt right for us and were happy with both the mattress and the price point. The process felt straightforward, and Brittany’s guidance made it much easier to compare options without feeling rushed. She was also kind enough to answer our follow-up questions thoroughly, which helped us feel confident about the purchase. Looking forward to shopping with them again in the future and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new bed.

We recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable base from Mancini's Sleepworld, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Britney, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand our needs, explained the different mattress options without any pressure, and helped us find the right combination of comfort and support within our budget. Her knowledge and professionalism made what could have been an overwhelming decision much easier. The delivery experience was equally impressive. The delivery team arrived on time, handled everything professionally, and completed the setup efficiently. They carefully assembled the adjustable base, positioned the mattress, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. We're very happy with our new bed and the level of customer service we received. If you're looking for a new mattress, we highly recommend Mancini's Sleepworld and especially Britney for making the experience easy, informative, and enjoyable.

Warning: Pay full price for a mattress with free shipping! The price guarantee comparison is set against the amount you pay on your receipt for the mattress. Any “discount” on the price of the mattress HURTS your ability to take advantage of the price guarantee. I had a really unpleasant and frustrating experience at this Mancini’s Sleepworld due to the sleep specialist that helped me, Elias. I have unsolved pain issues related to my mattress and wanted significant help. I wanted to explain my situation, but Elias had an agenda and a flow to his service and did not deviate from it to meet my specific needs. He kept interrupting my narrative to ask a question or two, but mainly just to give me information about mattresses. Before I could fully explain things, he had me lie down on a mattress to try it and then walked away to do something at the counter, even though there were no other customers at the time. The other specialist, Brittany, who was helping someone else was amazing. She stayed with them the whole time while the customer tried a mattress, asked for feedback, and then suggested other options. Meanwhile, I was left to lie on a mattress and wait until Elias was in shouting range to get his attention to ask a question or until he dropped by to tell me which mattress to try next, not asking me for feedback in between. When I asked questions, he didn’t explain what I asked about, but gave a sentence or two summarizing an overarching concept about mattresses. It felt like pulling teeth to get actual information. I was frustrated practically the whole visit. I purchased a mattress because I needed one ASAP, but I left in a bad mood. Later, when I looked into the 120 Mattress Price Guarantee, things got worse. When Elias presented me with the invoice for my purchase, he gave me a discount on the mattress, but charged me for the delivery. He explained the division of the charges as if he were doing me a favor with the discount on the mattress, but assured me I was still paying the same total amount. At home, I looked into the price guarantee, and discovered the competitor’s price is compared to the amount I paid on my receipt for my mattress. I checked, and found my mattress qualified for free delivery. So Elias’s “discount” actually hurt my ability to take advantage of the price guarantee. While I did pay the same amount in total, my price comparison was set against a LOWER than listed mattress price. I don’t know if he was doing this on purpose, but learn from my ignorance.

Highly recommended! We visited to look for queen and full sized beds for ourselves and our daughter. Elias was very knowledgeable and transparent about prices, quality, firmness differences, etc. He was always around and available for questions, yet never pushy and let us try all different mattresses in the showroom at our own pace. Went home with two new mattresses, two adjustable bases and a bed frame at what we found to be a fair price. Delivery was quick on the next morning and the delivery team did a great job setting everything up according to our wishes.
