AMAZING! We thought we were going to be mattress shopping all afternoon, but it was a one-stop-shop thanks to Thomas. He was friendly and personable, worked within our criteria, allowed us to take our time and make a decision that was best for us, and went out of his way to accommodate us and personalize our experience from start to finish. Thomas is great! Buying from a salesman can be stressful but by the end I wanted to buy the mattress from them because of his approach on sales. My partner and I went in to test out mattresses/potentially buy and Thomas was very kind and helpful throughout the process. He asked about specific needs and answered all of our questions. He didn’t pressure us to buy anything but made his presence known in case we needed help. He was nice and very knowledgeable.The store was clean and well-maintained.

My wife and I went in and the two men working were very nice, friendly, informative, and were not pushy what so ever. We went to other stores in the area to just check out other options and decided we most definitely wanted to come back to them for our purchase.
