We've needed a new mattress for awhile now but I've been putting it off due to past poor customer service experiences and not wanting to deal with pushy sales people. We finally bit the bullet this past week and decided to check out Mancini's based on the glowing reviews. Let me tell you - the visit exceeded all expectations. Duane ("Unc") greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked in the door and I instantly knew I was going to like this guy - incredibly personable, knowledgeable and he had a great sense of humor. He got an idea of what we were looking for, showed us a few different options and then let us wander around to check things out on our own. With his help, we ultimately ended up finding something well within our budget and there was ZERO pressure to upgrade or spend more money than we were comfortable with. Such a relief! He got us in and out and we're looking forward to our bed delivery later this week. I really can't say enough good things about this experience and about Unc, in particular - what a gem. Mancini's had a HUGE selection, prices for all sorts of budgets and the customer service to go with it. We will definitely be back for future purchases and will recommend all of our friends and family to go see Duane.

2.25.25 - My son and I were at the Mancini's store in Modesto shopping for a mattress for my son and we were helped by a very nice and very helpful salesman Duane(who prefers to be called Unc 😊) he started helping us out by pointing out different mattresses within our budget, but once I mentioned that my son is a gamer he immediately directed us towards the Tempura-pedic options, granted they're the more expensive options but when he demonstrated the mattress to both me and my son, especially my son, he was hooked, my son has been having back issues also. The salesman pointed out the one on sale and worked out a payment plan/deal for us with no interest for 3 years @ $120 a month. This worked out great. Unfortunately we have to wait for a week or two to get it due the availability of the bottom platform. My son is excited to get it... I'm very hopeful that this will work out for him. Thank you Unk(Duane) for all your help. 2.26.25- we went back to check on the pillow option we remembered, and the salesman available, I'm sorry I neglected to get his name, but he was very happy to help us along with sheets suggestions. Thank you again for all your help. Fyi: I would also like to mention that we both loved the sense of humor from Duane (Unk)... My son and I both love a great sense of humor/sarcasm.. LoL 😂

Hands down the best experience!! Unc was absolutely amazing! He makes you feel informed and comfortable with what you’re purchasing. From the moment you walk into the door, you’re treated like family. Such a great experience and will be returning for any future purchases needed. I was in search for a good bed at a good price, happened to show up when they were having a mattress sale. Got a really good deal on a black beauty rest bed, thanks to UNC/Duane for helping me out, great customer service and personality. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve come in to buy a mattress. The staff is always incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and being respectful and accommodating with language barriers. They’ve consistently done their best to assist my family. Over the past 10 years, I’ve purchased mattresses here four times—two of which were for my parents, who are native Spanish speakers. On my most recent visit, Dwayne assisted us. Not only was he extremely helpful, but he also kept my mom entertained with his humor, which she really appreciated. I’m always impressed with the level of service here and would recommend Mancini’s to anyone looking for a mattress.
