What an incredible life changing experience!! The experience I had was no joke a miraculous experience. I thought I was solving a small problem, but it ended up being a game changer for my partner and his ability to sleep through the night. Right when we needed it most!! Thank you for your incredible help. George listened to all my pillow needs and helped me look at just about every pillow you offer and I wound up with the best pillow of all time that suits my needs to a T. Wow!!

Wonderful store and staff. Got greeted upon coming in to check out potential new mattress. The store manager took care of us “Vanessa Cardenas”. She’s very easy going welcoming and gets straight to the point avoiding all Ai or online recommendations to taper your needs!! Couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson, leader and overall outstanding customer service. Thank you again Vanessa you made our experience so sweet timeless and confident we were walking out with what worked for us not just another sales quote or quota to meet you actually helped us thanks again for listening to our needs and create what we hope can be a painless and effortless future routine of good sleep! Days before Christmas we dropped in at Mancini's Milpitas to familiarize ourselves and try out different mattresses. We were assisted by Vanessa, the store manager. She did an outstanding job introducing different mattresses without any sales pressure. With her assistance we were able to zero in on two different manufactures and mattresses, but decided not to do an immediate purchase - we wanted to come back to do a second evaluation to see if the two choices were still our preferred choice. We returned a few days after Christmas. We went to try out the two mattresses we had previously zeroed in on. To our surprise we did not experience a great difference over our existing mattress, but stumbled upon adjustable platforms. We were assisted by Vanessa and once again, she did an outstanding job and not an ounce of sales pressure. She listen to our concerns, patiently answered our many new questions, showed us different platforms and explained the features and differences, and then was able to guide us into a top Mancini adjustable base (Ergomotion Washington) at a great price. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Vanessa and would highly recommend her, and the Milpitas store, to friends and family. Last evening we were contacted by Mancini's delivery department advising us on the delivery time window, and the team showed up this afternoon ahead of the scheduled time - awesome! The delivery crew was polite and very professional. They got the adjustable base set up in under 1 hour, took away all the boxes and wrapping. We are now looking forward to get the best sleep in a long time. Thank you to Vanessa, George, John T. and the delivery crew... :)

I decided it was a new time to get a bed for my parents. I visited Mancini sleep world in Milpitas. I was helped by Vanessa. I described to her what I was looking for As far as specifications for my parents bed. She was able to guide me through a few products and after testing each one I’ve decided on a mattress that was perfect for my parents Vanessa was very courteous and knowledgeable She was able to guide my choice for what was best for my parents within my spending limit I would definitely work with Vanessa again on my next mattress purchase
