We bought our Aireloom mattress from Rob and had such a great experience. He was genuinely kind, patient, and really went out of his way to help us get a great deal. We never felt pressured, and we left feeling really happy with our purchase. Thank you, Rob! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress.

Honestly a surprisingly good interaction. Really appreciated the manager Rob Salkow, he was really helpful, even called me after we left to let me know they could get my mattress delivered sooner than expected. He was great to work with. Prices were surprisingly competitive too. Great service and selection. Would definitely recommend.

Came in today The store was very accommodating and well organized. My sales associate and store manager greeted me immediately. Rob was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient and a great bit of advice. He gave me on purchasing a mattress. I saw him also fix somebody else’s past order which I thought was extremely professional of him to take a moment to deal with somebody else, even though I was ahead of them, but a customer had already bought and needed some help, and he took the time to make sure they were taken care of as well, which has a customer makes me feel a lot more comfortable. I scheduled delivery. They said they would make delivery in a day and it’s on its way tomorrow I’m excited and can’t wait to sleep on my brand new mattress. They got a great sale going on right now and there is no pressure here at all. These people are awesome.

After years of looking and holding off on this big purchase. I decided on a Aireloom Shasta mattress, luxury firm from Mancini. Sean the sales associate was amazing, full of knowledge and details comparing all the brands, beds quality materials and price. He listened to what I wanted and the issues I’ve had physically with other beds. I think he helped me find the best match. Delivered quickly perfectly, and set up. Been sleeping on it two nights, I was worried it would be too firm until broken in because I’m use to a medium feel. But to my surprise it’s been great compared to those crappy foam beds advertised everywhere…I will never buy again. I so missed sleeping on a quality supported coil mix mattress with hand sewn tufted cotton top for bounce and comfort. I’m very impressed so far with the quality materials and comfort of the Aireloom beds. Would definitely recommend, I bought midrange for the brand price wise. Thank you Sean Moore for all the help last week, on finally picking the right mattress. Appreciate you and the time you gave to helping me make this hard choice. A little like Goldie Locks!

Devi was super helpful and knowledgeable. She showed us a wide variety of mattress options, but we never felt pressured to buy anything or make a decision right away. Ended up getting a new king aireloom and are very happy.
