We really liked the stock and options availability at this store for King size mattresses, that were firm yet not too hard, and has good balance of spring and firmness. Rob was very helpful, he showed us lots of options per our requirements and very professional as well as prompt. Our mattress was delivered the next day for the right prices along with some good pillows and mattress protector that we bought. We went into Mancini’s Sleepworld in Dublin looking for a new mattress because our Tempur-Pedic from another retailer was giving us problems. We were greeted by Rob, and he and his team were extremely helpful from the start. Rob guided us through a sleep test to make sure the mattress we chose was the right fit right away. He showed us a wide range of options, was incredibly hospitable, and had a great, infectious energy throughout the process. We ended up choosing a Casper Snow King Size, and we’re loving it so far! Rob even went above and beyond by helping us navigate the return process with the other retailer and making sure our new mattress from Mancini’s arrived on time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the product.

We had an excellent experience at Mancini Sleep World. They carry several mattress brands that other stores don't carry or don't have to try out on their showroom floors. Their in-store inventory allowed us to truly compare mattresses and understand the differences before making a decision. The staff was knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in helping us find the right mattress for our needs and budget. There was no pressure, just good advice. No "upselling", which we had experienced at other stores and which I appreciated not experiencing at Mancini. We visited during the Labor Day sale and were very happy with the deal we got. Other stores seem to mark up their prices so that even their "sales" are expensive, but that wasn't the case here. We ended up with exactly what we wanted: a split king adjustable bed set with a memory foam mattress we love, and it didn't break the bank. In fact, they led us to a great mattress that felt exactly like a significantly more expensive one but had a much lower price point. We're confident we'll sleep soundly on it for years to come. Highly recommended!

Very easy buying process as I was able to order the same mattress I used at my parents house with no fuss and no pressure to add extra items I did not need. The delivery team was awesome. I had a window from 1-3pm and they arrived right at 1pm. The delivery team installed my new base, mattress and showed me how to control the various functions. They were very fast as well which was a huge plus. Overall great experience and will be back when it's time for my next bed.

Rob the salesman really helped me find the perfect bed. He went over and beyond to help me find a bed that I loved and that fit my price range. If you are looking for a bed this is the place to go! I am doing an update the bed that I thought was perfect for me turned out after sleeping on it wasn’t the one for me. I returned it with zero problems. All the sales people were very nice with no hassles. I went back to find another bed. I purchased the bed that I originally wanted but it was out of my price range at the time. Baily Lacatelli and Rob Salow worked with me and got me the best price on that particular bed. If you need a new bed go to mancini in Dublin!
