What can I say? The best customer experience ever. From our first purchase to our most recent return / exchange. The change your mind deal is the real deal and effortless. I opted for a medium firm but did not want an exchange, so I got a topper. My spouse wanted a softer mattress ( no topper). It was easy breezy. The exchange Topper and service is TOP NOTCH.
