Everything about this store deserves 5 stars. We were greeted when we walked into the store and our sales associate, Rob, was very friendly and extremely helpful. We already knew we wanted a Tempur-Pedic bed so he showed us our different options and explained the differences. He worked to get us the best bang for our buck! We purchased a mattress, base, and new pillows. The delivery was also stellar. They arrived early, worked very quickly, and tested the base after installation. They hauled away the old mattress and box spring. In total they were in and out in 20 minutes. I would not hesitate to shop at Mancini's in the future. Ask for Rob if you go there and ask him how the fishing has been!

We just purchased a new mattress to replace our old mattress which was too firm for our aging bodies! Kao was so helping in directing us to a matress which was right for us. He patiently indulged our need to lay on many until we found the right one. The mattress was delivered on time and the delivery people set it up perfectly. When we discovered that we couldn’t lower the legs on the existing base, Kao went to work to quickly rectify that issue for us. Also want to give a shout-out to Bailey for his assistance. We highly recommend Mancini's in Dublin. They stand behind their sale with no hassles. We purchased our previous mattress from them eight years ago with the same outstanding service!

I selected a Helix mattress from online reviews, then visited the showroom to inspect it in person. The Helix line was on display, and the salesman was very helpful explaining the details and showing me the difference between models. I purchased the model that was most comfortable to me. It was in stock, no waiting. Delivery occurred promptly on the date I selected. The old bed and all the wrapping for the new bed was whisked away, the bed was assembled and done in 15 minutes. In all it was a fine experience.

There are multiple reasons why this store consistently gets 5 stars. Honesty, technical knowledge, customer service, patience, listens to the customers needs, wide selections, fair pricing, and probably more I have not listed. Rob on my first visit there checked every box. I find it refreshing to walk into a store like this where a person or couple are going to make a long-term purchase to affects their sleep and health. Don't bother going anywhere else. Rob was so helpful to both my wife and who both have slightly different sleeping styles and found us the perfect match. Mancini Sleepworld needs to have Rob train every employee to offer his level of service.

We really liked the stock and options availability at this store for King size mattresses, that were firm yet not too hard, and has good balance of spring and firmness. Rob was very helpful, he showed us lots of options per our requirements and very professional as well as prompt. Our mattress was delivered the next day for the right prices along with some good pillows and mattress protector that we bought. Overall very good experience, would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy good mattress. Thank you Vikrant & Manasi
