Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. Another fantastic experience at Mancini‘s! I’ve now purchased my fifth mattress from them over the past 13 years and have been very happy with all of them. The district manager helped me out today and went above and beyond to make me happy and to get a mattress delivered up in Tahoe. I’ve also dealt with Rob in the past who also went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations and helping out with a replacement mattress, even though there were a few blips, he worked it out, made it happen and it was was extremely professional and friendly in the process. so. I will buy all my mattresses from them.

Stopped in at Mancini‘s the other night on the way home just to get some pricing for two full sized mattresses I needed. This shopping experience was awesome. We walked in to shop for a new mattress and got such a fantastic experience here. We were pleasantly greeted. The store is clean and spacious. We walked around a bit and then was helped by Rob. He was great! Showed us some options and explained the differences between the mattresses. He gave us time to ourselves in between to chat and think about what were we’re looking for. Rob is kind, knowledgeable and great to work with. He was hilarious as well, had us cracking up throughout our visit. The entire process was smooth. I highly recommend this place! We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our upgrade.
