Honesty, technical knowledge, customer service, patience, listens to the customers needs, wide selections, fair pricing, and probably more I have not listed. Rob on my first visit there checked every box. I find it refreshing to walk into a store like this where a person or couple are going to make a long-term purchase to affects their sleep and health. Don't bother going anywhere else. Rob was so helpful to both my wife and who both have slightly different sleeping styles and found us the perfect match. Mancini Sleepworld needs to have Rob train every employee to offer his level of service.
