We had such a great experience in Pleasant Hill, CA, store thanks to James. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our needs while helping us choose the right mattress for our son, who has back problems. He took the time to explain the differences between options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
