James Dennis was an outstanding sales associate to work with. Mancini’s Sleepworld Concord has a great showroom with many mattresses to try out. James took me and my wife around the showroom and showed us the mattresses that worked best for our sleep positions and met our desired firmness. He insights were valuable and he was very professional. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I would encourage you to give James a call and give Mancini’s Sleepworld Concord a chance.

We recently visited Mancini's in Concord, CA, during the Black Friday sales, hoping to find a comfortable new bed.
We weren’t exactly sure what we needed, not having a bed that's been comfortable, not to mention beds can be pretty pricey. It was important for us to make the right decision this time.
As we entered, James greeted us, his approach was perfect—not overwhelming, but definitely there when we needed help. Once we were ready, we asked him over and started asking questions.
James was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed every question we had! He walked us through a variety of mattresses from different manufacturers, showing options at all price points. He explained the differences between innerspring, foam, hybrid, and more.
We told James which bed we liked and why, what our budget was & he made it work!
James dedicated a significant amount of time to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for!!

Went in to “just look”. It was Day 1 of mattress shopping. Told my husband let’s be dumb but not stupid. Dumb is placing yourself on a sales floor. Stupid is buying because of a good pitch but it doesn’t actually meet your needs. Jokes on me.
The experience couldn’t have been better. Suni is SO knowledgeable. I had question after question. I was looking for a reason to not buy but the way we experienced the product… we left spending 2x more than planned, not because we were pressured, but because the mattress met all our criteria. We laid there and knew our old mattress was a thing of the past. No awkward moments. She didn’t hover over us. Guided and gave us space to discuss. Let us know all our options without talking too much.
No further shopping needed. First and only stop. Good people and family run.
Mattress showed up the next day, they quickly dropped and took our old one away. Holy moly. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you for making this a painless process!
