I already knew what bed I wanted when I arrived, James was so helpful in locating it. He was very professional. We were in the store less than 30 minutes, and we had the bed delivered the next morning! The delivery staff had nice uniform shirts on, and arrived within the 2 hour window previously agreed upon. They set up a new frame, moved the old bed to the spare room and had the new bed set up in 15 min. I dreaded buying a new bed because of all the logistics and dealing with salespeople. I love my bed! James was very personable and made us giggle a few times. He was respectful and down to earth. Great experience!

Had a wonderful experience, was my first time there and bought a mattress which they gave a promotion discount for that day! James offered us iced water during our mattress shopping that day. Then a few days later, got the mattress delivered to house where it got set up and had them take care of the disposal for my old mattress! Super good experience from start to finish! I was very happy with the experience I had at Mancini’s. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out the perfect mattress. The one thing that I wish Mancini would consider is this: When returning a mattress, under the 120 day return policy, the fee of $200 seems a little excessive. Other Mattress places only charge $100.
