Daniel James greeted me as I entered the Mancini store! He was pleasant and friendly. He listened well as I shared about wanting a mattress for my guest room. He showed me three different options and we worked together to land on the quality and price~point I was hoping for. Thank you, thank you, thank you Daniel, it was great to meet you!

This is a mixed review. We originally went into the store on Sunvalley Blvd in Concord, and found a mattress that we liked. The signs advertised Black Friday deals and specials. We made the purchase and asked what type of bonus offers were available, and the sales rep said there was none. We decided to check out another store, and didn’t immediately share that we had already made a purchase. We asked the store manager about what the bonus offers were for Black Friday, who shared there was a $200 gift with purchase. We ended up upgrading to a different mattress, and canceled our original order from the Concord store. I’m not sure why the $200 gift wasn’t offered, but we found the service and honestly of the Store Manager Tony Thurman, at the Pittsburg location made us feel better about our purchase. We even referred our mom to go see Tony for her new mattress.
