Ty was super helpful, knowledgeable and just a great person in general! He took so much time (and patience!) to walk us through the process of finding our perfect mattress. We searched many mattresses in many mattress stores and finally we found our perfect fit with Ty at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Concord. Excellent service from sales to delivery! Showed us all of our options for the type of mattress we were looking for. Friendly without being pushy and gave us time to decide while checking in every once in a while. Answered all our questions and got delivery set up for 1 day later. Delivery was set for 9:30-11:30, at 9:25 they text to say they were 10 minutes away and were at the house by 9:37. Easily moved our 2 box springs and mattress upstairs and we’re done in 5 minutes. Will definitely go to them next time we need a new mattress!

Additionally, they made us feel incredibly comfortable as we explored different products. Their friendly demeanor and patience made the entire process enjoyable, transforming what could have been a daunting task into a fun and engaging experience.
Understand that the delivery process is given the day before to make it easy on you to request VIP delivery or allow that day to be flexible because you will receive the 2-hour window the day before. Remember these guys are driving all over the East Bay area. Be flexible.
Overall, I highly recommend Mancini Sleep World, and I'm grateful for the phenomenal service we received. Thank you for making our shopping experience a memorable one!

I LOVE MY NEW BED! Was on the hunt for a better bed since my back has been hurting and James from Manicins Sleepworld Concord was so helpful! He was very thorough when explaining the differences between mattress type, and was even able to give me a great deal on my two nightstands! I had gone to Mattress Firm right before Mancinis and their service was terrible.
The delivery communication was clear - they sent reminders and called me to confirm. The set up of the bed was very quick as well. Would recommend!

My experience buying a bed at Mancini’s Sleep World was made so much simpler with Daniel’s help. Once he understood what I was looking for, he showed several models and gave a helpful explanation about materials, longevity, and features. He was patient and not at all pushy. In fact, Daniel gave the space to test each bed in multiple sleep positions, so I could identify the best fit for my needs. He gave me a great deal on a set of sheets and secured us speedy delivery. I highly recommend this location where the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure in their sales efforts!
