My boyfriend and I went in today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Troy. Troy was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we tested out multiple different mattresses. While we ended up going with another mattress, he still gave us top notch service and played a huge role in helping us find the mattress that best suited our needs. For him, it wasn’t just about making a sale and his genuine care truly showed. He wanted us to feel confident and happy with our choice, and that made the experience even better. Troy, the Mancini salesperson, was a perfect fit for my wife and me. His experience with all the various beds/mattresses was apparent from the moment we entered the store. He patiently showed us our options based on our comfort level (physical and price). He was the only salesman in the store that day, so he had to juggle many buyers simultaneously. We took our time and picked out the best bed option for us. We take our bed delivery in a couple of days. We are excited about our new beds, side-by-side adjustable Twin XL. Troy seemed more like a friend than a salesman in helping us make our choice.

He patiently walked me through all the mattress options to ensure I chose the one that was right for me. At no point did I feel pressured into a particular brand or price range. The Colma store offers a wide selection of mattresses at all price points, and I highly recommend visiting and asking for Troy’s assistance. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Delivery was seamless—Leicester and Miguel were professional, courteous, and arrived right on time. Overall, the service from start to finish was excellent.

Mancini’s in Colma, and specifically Ali, made this a great experience! I hadn’t bought a mattress in 20 years, and didn’t know how much things had changed since then. Ali asked about my sleep habits, preferences, and budget before narrowing the field to those mattresses that suited my needs. He didn’t waste time showing me every type, he clearly explained the differences about the inner components of each one, and then left me briefly just to relax into each option to see how they felt. No pressure, no hovering, just exactly what I needed to make a well-informed purchase. I actually left the store to try the nearby Sleep Number bed, but returned to Mancini’s for the mattress (Aireloom) that matched my body type the best (no shade to Sleep Number, my sister swears by hers, it just didn’t suit me as well). Just like purchasing a car…you’re going to spend a lot of time on this mattress, so it makes sense to put in the time to choose the right one. Mancini’s and Ali let me take my time, and made the experience the best! Thanks!
