I Walked in without knowing what I was getting into, having never bought my own mattress. Ryan at the front was a class act and guided me in the right direction while not pressuring me or overly hovering. He answered every question I had and asked questions to help understand what I was looking for. I told him I was gonna shop around at other stores and unlike the other places he didn’t seem to be upset that I didn’t want to buy a mattress right that second. So when I finished looking at other places I came back to the one with the best customer service and best mattress for my needs.

What a difference a store makes. I was down in Seaside. Thought about getting a new pillow. Stopped in the Seaside store on Tuesday. The employee named Jake was the best. Very knowledgeable. Showed / had me try out many pillows. Bought one. Didn’t have one in store. He could ship it to the store closest to my house, which was the 41st Ave in Soquel, Ca It should be there the next day Wednesday sometime after 2pm. I started calling around 3pm.on Wednesday. The employee at the 41st store said it hadn’t arrived yet. I asked him if he could call me when it arrived. His answer was “call back, we are busy and I don’t have time to call you back”. My wife and I kept calling. No one answered so we left several voicemails to call us back. No one ever did. We did find out that the pillow was delivered to the 41st store Wednesday in the afternoon, as Jake in the Seaside store promised. If you can I would suggest to go to the Seaside store. Much better customer experience / service. Ask for Jake.

Nina and Ryan were absolutely wonderful helping me today at Mancini‘s and previously on the phone. I went in with a good idea of what I was looking for and they spent the right amount of time discussing beds with me but also leaving me enough time to lounge comfortably on the beds and make my own decision. TYSVM and I look forward to spending many years with my next new Tempur-pedic mattress with an adjustable frame.

I was greeted right away by Nina. She was very pleasant and she asked me what I wanted and I told her. She showed me several different mattresses and I chose the one I wanted. She offered me she mattress protector and told me if I took a survey, I would get a free set of sheets. I appreciated that. We're definitely go back and recommend it highly.
