We had a perfect experience at Mancini's. This was our first time buying a mattress that wasn't off of Amazon, so we were nervous at first, but the salesman, Jerry, made us feel very at ease. He brought us to multiple mattresses, left us to lay on them and really consider if they were the best fit for us. We weren't pressured at all. He was lovely, kind, generous with the discounts, and it was an all-around fantastic experience.

Went over the holiday sale period. While we were initially greeted and helped out in the beginning, that service dropped off as they got busier. And while I understand that during sale / holiday promotions it can become busier, the business should staff accordingly. We left feeling that we were not taken seriously as we needed some time to explore multiple options. (We felt we were profiled due to being young and wouldn't spend as much as the older customers). We ended up leaving very frustrated despite seeing a mattress we were interested in and went to another place to purchase our mattress.
