I had a great experience at my local Mancini’s Sleepworld, thanks to Sorosh Ahmadi who helped me. He was friendly, patient, and very accommodating without ever being pushy. He had a great vibe and really seemed to understand when to give me space to look around and when to step in with helpful information.
It felt like the perfect balance—he was available, knowledgeable, and attentive, but never overwhelming. That kind of service made the whole shopping experience pleasant and comfortable. I really appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend this location based on my experience.

We had a perfect experience at Mancini's. This was our first time buying a mattress that wasn't off of Amazon, so we were nervous at first, but the salesman, Jerry, made us feel very at ease. He brought us to multiple mattresses, left us to lay on them and really consider if they were the best fit for us. We weren't pressured at all. He was lovely, kind, generous with the discounts, and it was an all-around fantastic experience.

I had a great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld thanks to Avory. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming because there are so many options. I also tend to dread anything that feels like a high-pressure sales situation. This was the opposite. Avory was easy to talk to and had a good sense of when to offer guidance and when to give me space. It felt much more like talking things through with a friend than dealing with a salesperson. I came in with a few mattresses based on my research on Naplab, and he showed me several others he thought might be a good fit for me. What really stood out was how well he listened. As I reacted to different models, he narrowed his suggestions. At one point, he noticed I kept coming back to the same mattress and explained that, in his experience, that is usually a strong sign. That allowed me to confidently make a decision.
I also had a lot of technical questions about mattresses and adjustable bases. Avory answered what he could right away, and for the things he needed to research, he followed up the same day.
I feel good about the mattress and adjustable bed purchases and the overall experience. It was genuinely refreshing to work with Avory because he knew the products, respected the customer, and made the process easy instead of stressful.
