Recently purchased a new mattress and bed frame and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We worked with manager Jerry and he was so kind and patient with our needs. Sorosh, our mattress specialist, was great! Informative but not pushy….he basically answered our questions and pointed us to some examples of what he thought he might like based on our answers to his questions then he told us to take whatever time we needed to check beds out and let him know if/when we had questions. We did, he answered them, again not in a pushy sales way but in a true just the facts way and we bought our next mattress from him. He was awesome — helpful and knowledgeable in just the right way!
