This bed if not firm at all and very expensive.
Buying this mattress online has been a nightmare. First off, it's no where near a firm, and my back and arms have been hurting or numb. They have an exchange program, so we decided to go in-store and try out a new mattress before exchanging it. The representative processed the exchange, but didn't put in the ticket for the current mattress to be picked up and returned so we get a refund of the difference. He is now ignoring emails, and for 10 days, the new mattress has been ready to deliver, but they cannot without the exchange ticket. Super frustrating.

Too hot!!!
I absolutely LOVE the comfort of this mattress, I fall asleep quickly. Unfortunately, I wake up several times because of the heat trapped in the mattress. It was one of the things I discussed with the sales rep before I bought it and he assured me the hybrid would not be hot. Sadly, that is not the case. If Stearns & Foster could help me with a way to cool the mattress, this would be a 5 star review! I want to buy my parents the same mattress for their anniversary but only if there is a way to help them keep it cool. I've spent so much on this mattress and the adjustable base, please help me with a solution to the heat.

Best Sleep I've Had in Years
I bought a plush firm not realizing the beds in the store were probably a couple of years old, I had initially expected my new bed to feel the same, BUT you have to take into account that your bed is new and will not feel the same. The new bed is definately more firm, but it is getting better every day and now a joy to go to bed every night. Thanks so much, this is a dream!
