This Protection Plan is only valid for new furniture purchased at the same time as this Protection Plan and appears on the sales receipt with the Protection Plan. It is valid for a period of ten years from the delivery date of the new furniture. Items covered mechanisms including reclining, heating and vibrating mechanisms, steel frames, welds, integral electrical components including wiring, motors and remote control devices, failure of a covered part or component due to a power surge, lifting and lowering mechanisms, drive motor and junction box*. Plan is underwritten by DAC and administered by Service Contract Specialists Cartersviille, GA. *Due to normal residential use. Some exclusions apply.
