Kevin greeted us as soon as we came in and asked what we were shopping for. He determined our needs and sleep habits and showed us to the various mattresses that would meet our needs. He explained the differences in materials, craftsmanship, quality etc and then gave us time alone to test each mattress and discuss. No high pressure sales. He truly was more of a ‘tour guide’ than high pressure salesman. We ended up selecting the Aireloom Riviera and are looking forward to receiving our new mattress later this week. The 365 day guarantee that is offered is a real plus as we feel confident that if we have any issues with our selection that Mancini’s will replace it with another mattress.

My first time at Mancini’s on Saratoga and Lawrence and it did not disappoint. Kevin was helpful but without the typical sales pressure. He gave insights to the brands and knew details down to the materials used to build a particular mattress and the effects. The whole experience was so easy, friendly, and pressure-less that it allowed me to evaluate the mattresses without the extra noise. I would definitely come back for my other bedrooms. Thanks again!
