The Avocado Green Hybrid Medium Firm Mattress 11" is a hybrid mattress built for sleepers who want certified organic construction without giving up real spinal support. Every layer earns its place: GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex, GOTS-certified organic wool, and GOTS-certified organic cotton from Avocado's own farms and facilities in India and Guatemala. No polyurethane foam, no fiberglass, no chemical fire retardants. Handcrafted in Los Angeles and needle-tufted by hand with organic cotton ribbons secured through up to 24 tufting points, this is a mattress built to hold its shape and feel years after lesser mattresses have softened out. An 8-inch pocketed coil unit uses up to 1,379 individually wrapped recycled steel coils across seven ergonomic zones. Softer coils under the hips yield under pressure while firmer perimeter coils keep the edges stable and the spine level.
SETUP AND COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with platform beds, adjustable bases, and slatted frames. This mattress arrives rolled and compressed, expands fully within a few hours, and requires no tools.
