Great versatility! Comfort in any position
Both the frame and mattress exceed expectations, and provide comfort for sleep, watching tv/ reading, etc. my only somewhat negative comment is the noise of the vibration units, other than that this is a great purchase I'd highly recommend!
Great when it works
Stopped working a couple months after I got it. Warranty process needs to be streamlined. I shouldn't have to separately register a product I bought directly from the manufacturer.
Base makes the bed shaky.
The Ergo2 design is lightweight and does not provide a stable base for our new Tempurpedic ProAdapt King mattress. Unlike our previous Tempurpedic mattress with box springs, this combination transmits the movement of my spouse or I to the other. Tech Service verifies that this is to be expected even though the ads focus on the bed absorbing movement. Everything is level but the long legs under the frame accentuate any movement and transmit it through the mattress.
I love being able to switch sleep and relaxing positions and the massage feature is a nice bonus. Happy with this purchase.
Charger failure x2!
We purchased this base and love that we can adjust our head and feet. I will say though that they haven't figured out the kinks on the two USB charger ports. Ours did not work immediately, called it in to the Tempur-pedic 800 number and the associate ordered the wrong parts. A third-party came to fix the issue and blasted Tempur-pedic for ordering the wrong parts. He returned in two weeks with allegedly, the correct parts and guess what??? the USB charging ports still does not work! I dread another call to Tempur-pedic! This bed and bedframe together cost over 8000, not happy!
