Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. For Furniture products, please call the store you purchased from and speak with a representative there so they can direct you to the right manufacturer. If you purchased online, call 925-456-6400 and ask to speak with customer service.

I rarely review places, Im not frequently impressed with people or places I go to anymore, but my experience at Mancini's on 16th street was great. Actually, I can honestly say that I received Diamond/Platinum level of service from Jackson and Ira. They went far above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, including calling me back as needed, waiting on hold with my financing company and emails, too. They did those things tactfully and not excessive or annoying at all. They were consistent, kind and patient. I don't know if I could have had the patience that they gave to me.
Jackson was always super polite, courteous, easy to talk to, helpful and even a little funny. He was tenacious and I really appreciated his help. Ira was the same, but a little more seasoned/experienced. He even made sure my financing company treated me fairly and I really appreciate that. These guys are nice, accommodating and really friendly and easy to talk to.
The products are great, too, but they sell these same products at many stores, and Mancini's. What's different and sets this store above the rest are Jackson & Ira and their commitment to treating their customers like they are important and prioritizing making their experience great, if not memorably great.
I can't say enough good things about these two!

I had the pleasure of visiting Mancini’s Sleepworld on Potrero Hill today in my search for much needed new mattress. Jackson was awesome! He listened to my needs and steered me to some great options. I went with the Temperpedic Adapt and while lying down and trying it out I could feel my aches ease up and nearly fell asleep. It was exactly what had hoped to find in a mattress and splurged on a couple pillows as well. Great customer service and experience!

Ira provided excellent customer service today. He was professional, yet friendly. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t there to buy a mattress. Nonetheless, he took the time to find out what I needed. My bed is really high and I needed step stools for each side. Mancini’s had the oak step stools I had been searching for. Ira ordered them for me. He made sure my contact info was correct. He said I would be contacted via text(my preference, when he asked) upon the arrival of my items. I left there very pleased!

We recently chose a mattress and worked with Billy. We actually went to the store twice before picking a firm mattress and each time was a nice experience. We are very happy with the experience and level of service. Billy was very professional and engaging, never pushy.
We found it very helpful to hear more about each brand of mattress and the difference in materials. Definitely recommend coming out to a store and testing the beds out in person, and having someone to help is way better than buying a mattress online.
