Michael, at Mancini Sleepworld was very helpful and friendly. He asked us what type of mattress we wanted and what particular brand. He showed us those, explained the features and firmness. We tried them and then tied a couple other brands then went back to the first ones. The store was nicely laid out and very clean. No pressure and gave us plenty of time to try out the mattresses. I appreciated that they respect the individual. I called about a catalog order and asked questions. I was not put off, but helped. They gave me the phone number for a person who could give me the ability to buy the item and ship it to the store because the catalog has two options of shipping to home or pick up. The phone number allowed me to have the item shipped to a store. This wouldn’t have happened if they didn’t have the fantastic customer in-store service that affirmed me rather than put me down and graciously directed me to the right people. Got to love it!
