Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. John the store manager opened Synchrony Home account for 7,200 without asking permission to open a line of credit. He was nice. Because he wanted $3,000 down buy down for someone who can't purchase with cash. Make sure to ask him an account is being opened while running an application. I'm perfectly open to correcting the issue but the store manager made it seem like I was getting $7,200 up front without an application and he didn't tell me that I was going to be approved for a certain amount he just applied and told me this is what I was approved for and didn't tell me that he had open an account. At the end of the day transparency is what's important I could care less about the $3,000 up front that the store manager wanted. But at the same time I find a better deal through eBay for $6,000 out the door with the base and the mattress so why would I spend $4,000 more when I know I don't have to. Don't take advantage of people that you think you can take advantage of. I'm almost 40 years old Don't think that you had a customer that was just willing to do what they wanted you to do.
